San Salvador Private city tour

Welcome to El Salvador Custom Tours, enjoy a private city tour  with us, with this tour you will learn about the El Salvador historic places, mayan culture and the San Salvador city development. We will provide private transportation, bilingual guide and entrance fee to all places.

Our tour itinerary is the next:

Pick up at your place, if it is in San Salvador we can start between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

We start visiting Joya de Cerén the only world heritage we have, Joya de ceren is old Mayan city, the nickname is the Pompeii of America. Loma caldera is a nearby volcano that made eruption around the 650 bc and cover the Zapotitan area, San Andrés mayan Ruins the royalty area and Joya de Cerén the only place in the mayan world that show how the common mayan lived.

We move to Boqueron National park, the crater of San Salvador volcano that made eruption the 7 of June 1917,  we enjoy the view from three different view point been the first made from glass, the weather is incredible and is perfect to visit any time of the day, the hike takes  around 30 minutes and we come back to the town.

Lunch is optional is not include but we can visit any place you want or we can visit the next destination.

Downtown area is the heart of the country, all the city development coming from this point,  we will visit the main plazas Gerardo Barrios, Libertad and Morazán, Rosario Church is one of the most beautiful church stained glass unique structure created for the master Ruben Martinez.

Other place we visit is National Palace the center of the government , Cathedral and National Theatre, after that we enjoy the sunset at la puerta del diablo and enjoy pupusas for dinner in planes de renderos.

Our price include entrance to: Joya de Ceren the only world heritage we have, boqueron National park is the big crater of San Salvador Volcano, national Palace, Rosario Church and Puerta del Diablo (Devil’s door) – Price is for  2 persons.
